Important Changes to Service Offers

In the light of the current economic crisis, a special meeting has taken place upon request by the Directors and Board Members of BorderHQ Ltd to restructure the company.

On November 18th, 2008, a broad restructuring programme has been brought underway to secure the sustained financial solvence of the company and to consider the interests of its investors. As no relief from the ongoing global economic crisis can be expected in the foreseeable future, BorderHQ Ltd has begun to downsize its shipping operations.

Important changes may affect customers with packages in our warehouses in USA or China.

General Modifications

Max. weight per package limited to 30 KG, thereafter the shipment is considered bulky
Max. length of one side (length, width or height) is 180 cm, thereafter the shipment is considered bulky
Max. circumference (length + width + height) limited to 220 cm, thereafter the shipment is considered bulky
The total weight of a multiple-package shipment is not limited

Service Updates

Storage time in our warehouse reduced from 30 days to 10 days
Service BorderHQ Sea Freight stopped effective immediately, re-schedule to Air Freight
All consolidation flights in November 2008 cancelled, see X-Mas Shipping Cut-Off Dates
New service added, BorderHQ Express Courier with 48 hour delivery
One more consolidation Air Freight service on December 3, 2008 - book by December 1, 2008

We regret if any of these modifications have caused an inconvenience to you and ask for your kind understanding that these measures are necessary to continue operations economically.

How do these changes affect me?

BorderHQ plans on cancelling its services. Stop sending parcels to our warehouses. Last flight is on December 3, 2008 - book parcels by December 1, 2008 so as not to miss the cut-off.
